When Innovabee secured the global SAP roll-out for German travel company FTI, Florian Häußler, Head of Consulting at Innovabee, faced the challenge of finding partners in 21 countries across the globe. As an added complexity, FTI had recently acquired UK-based which required fast on-boarding with common systems and processes.

  • SAP Template Localisation - reviewing and evaluating the SAP template, providing advice on UK requirements, adapting the template solution and deploying in the UK customer organisation
  • Data migration – analysing historic customer data structure and effectively migrating from the legacy system into the new SAP solution to defined taxonomies
  • Training – providing vital hands-on user training and supporting manuals to ensure employees were operational on the SAP system and with FTI’s working processes
  • Post ‘Go Live’ support – proactive and reactive guidance to optimise system usage and support users in maximising their productivity
